Bandit's weird video game promo, makes me want him to lose though. At DPW's second major event DPW Forever, the company's first Tag Team Champions were crowned when The NDA ( Patrick Scott & Chance Rizer) defeated The WorkHorsemen ( Anthony Henry & JD Drake). literally no idea who either of wrestlers are in this first contest, blank canvass.

On January 1, 2022, DPW held it's first major Pay-Per-View DPW You Already Know on it's streaming service DPW On Demand, which featured Bojack defeating Andrew Everett to become the promotion's first Worlds Champion. The first episode of DPW Fire was released on DPW's Youtube channel on December 16. On November 8, the promotion would announce the first taping for it's premier show DPW Fire, as well a tournament to crown the first DPW Worlds Champion. The formation of said promotion was officially announced on Novemon Twitter. As the podcast gained a cult following, the three would begin talking about starting their own wrestling promotion.
The event was taped on January 8 from the Raleigh Convention Center in Raleigh, NC. Marcus Stephenson, life-time pro wrestling fan, worked on the WWE SmackDown vs RAW video game series for THQ before continuing his work on a few of the 2K. The two would later add John Blud of NewLegacyInc fame to the show. DEADLOCK is a brand of content creators who have built their careers on investing in themselves (ironically, a must in the success of any wrestler). Deadlock Pro Wrestling aired its You Already Know event on January 15. In 2019 youtubers Anthony Douglas and James Darnell (also known as TonyPizzaGuy and CMPuls3, respectively) founded a wrestling podcast known as Deadlock.
